Tutorial how to use max disk capacity in ESXi 4.1 updated

As I've installed a lot of new ESXi 4.1 servers with a lot of disk space (more than 2 TB) in the last days, I had a bit of time to test and improve the already written tutorial "VMware ESXi 4.1 does not use whole disk capacities for VMFS3", which I already wrote in July 2010.

I changed some steps and methods (faster now) and added more details in the tutorial. This should help everyone who experiences problems with ESXi and harddisks/hard drives bigger than 2TB.
